We understand that life happens. To respect the time of your stylist and other clients, we ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A card on file is required to book all appointments.
We will always do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that lateness affects the quality of your service and the clients after you.
We respect your time too. If your stylist is running behind, you will be notified as soon as possible. If we are late beyond a reasonable amount of time, you have the right to reschedule your appointment with no penalty.
Due to the nature of our services, including head spa treatments, aesthetic services, and massage, Kasa is an adult-only space. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children not accompany clients during appointments.
We want every guest to be fully present and to enjoy their experience, and that includes you.
We have a private parking lot with dedicated guest parking. Look for signs that read Kasa Beauty Collective.
Please note that our parking lot has a slope. For clients with limited mobility, or if the lot is full, metered street parking is available directly in front of the salon on W. Chestnut St.
To maintain a clean and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that no pets be brought into the salon. Only certified service animals are permitted.
